We use it only to reply. If online delivery is unavailable, the site shows you a message to send yourself by WhatsApp or email, which is then handled by those services under their own terms. If analytics is on, we record which pages and buttons are used, without your name, email or phone number. The site uses a privacy-friendly analytics tool, or Google Analytics only if you press Accept on the notice. Your choice is stored in your browser and you can clear it at any time. Leads you send through the forms or the Ruuba guide are also kept in the business’s customer list so we can follow up.
