Sorts your inbox, checks your calendar and gives you a daily brief: what is urgent, what is overdue and what to follow up today.

Drafts replies to customer enquiries and answers common questions from your own information. You approve before anything is sent.

Draft customer replies and answers from your own information, with you approving every message.

Class cap, attendance and refunds
Class cap: 15 per class
Every class is strictly capped at 15 participants. We keep classes small so you get personal attention, live review of your own workflows and direct guidance from Victor.
Refunds: until 48 hours before the first class
Once the cohort begins, seats cannot be refunded, because places are capped at 15 and held for enrolled participants.
If you miss a class
You receive the recording and can book a 15 to 30 minute catch-up with Victor. Recordings are shared only with enrolled participants.

Before you pay
When does it start?
The next cohort’s first class is on Tuesday 24 November 2026. A cohort runs for six weeks, with one live class every Tuesday.
Is it online?
Yes. Classes are live on Google Meet.
What do I need to join?
A laptop, reliable internet for the whole six weeks, and a Claude subscription plus any other AI tools you choose. Subscriptions are paid to the providers and are not part of the course fee.
How do I pay for the Claude subscription?
Claude is billed in dollars by card. If you need help with payment options, message us on WhatsApp before you pay for the course.
How many participants are in each cohort?
Each cohort is limited to 15 participants, so every business owner gets direct feedback on their own tools and processes.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds are available until 48 hours before the first class. For the 24 November cohort that is Sunday 22 November at 6:00 AM (morning cohort) or 7:00 PM (evening cohort). After that, seats cannot be refunded, because each cohort is limited to 15 places and your seat is held for you.
What happens if I miss a class?
You receive the recording and can book a 15 to 30 minute catch-up with Victor, so you do not fall behind. Recordings are shared only with enrolled participants.
What time are the classes?
Choose the morning cohort (Tuesdays, 6:00 AM to 8:30 AM, East Africa Time) or the evening cohort (Tuesdays, 7:00 PM to 9:30 PM).
Do I need to be technical?
No. If you can write an email, you can build these agents. We build them step by step.
Is it safe to connect my email and customer information?
You decide what each agent can see. We start with agents that sort and draft, and you approve everything before it is sent. The course covers Kenya’s data-protection rules and what to check before you connect customer information. It is training, not legal advice.
How is this different from a one-day workshop?
A workshop shows you tools for a morning. This is six live weeks where you build four agents on your own business, with a week between classes to use them.
How do I pay?
Through Paystack, by M-Pesa, card or bank transfer. Tuition is KES 14,999 per participant, and a confirmation is emailed straight after payment.
Can I bring my team?
Yes. You can each join a cohort at KES 14,999 per person, or we can run a half-day class for your employees at your own office, on a date and time you choose, for KES 55,000. Message us on WhatsApp to arrange it.
