Book publishing

Publish your book, from idea to print.

Not every book needs every stage. Tell us where you are and we will scope only what you need.

  2. Developmental and line editing

Structural revision, tone, consistency and sentence-level polish.

  3. Interior layout and cover design

A print-ready interior for the right trim size, and a cover that suits your readers.

  4. ISBN and legal deposit

Barcode, copyright documentation and library catalogue listings.

  5. Proofing, printing and distribution

Printed proofs, print runs, and ebook formats, with distribution options such as Amazon KDP, local bookstores and print on demand.

Common questions

Before you ask

Do I need a finished manuscript?

No. We can start from an idea or a rough draft. We will not promise to print something that is not written yet, so we agree the route first.

Can you do just the cover, or just the layout?

Yes. Each stage can be quoted on its own.

How long does it take?

Typical turnarounds once your files and approvals are in: cover design about 3 days, interior layout about 14 days, printing about 7 days. Editing depends on the manuscript, and we confirm it when we read it. We take on a limited number of book projects at a time, so a start date may not be immediate.

How many copies can I print?

Tell us how many you want. We confirm the print options and cost per run in your quote, including print on demand where it suits.

Start here

Tell us about your book

Say where you are and what you want it to become. We will reply with a route and the next step.

Tell us what you need

A few details are enough. We will reply with the next step.

A rough figure or range, in any currency, is fine. It lets us recommend the right option and quote you properly.
We only ask for what we need to reply.
