Class cap, attendance and refunds
Class cap: 15 per class
Every class is strictly capped at 15 participants. We keep classes small so you get personal attention, live review of your own workflows and direct guidance from Victor.
Refunds: until 48 hours before the first class
Once the cohort begins, seats cannot be refunded, because places are capped at 15 and held for enrolled participants.
If you miss a class
You receive the recording and can book a 15 to 30 minute catch-up with Victor. Recordings are shared only with enrolled participants.

When and where is it?
It is a half-day, 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM, in Nairobi. The 17 October 2026 session has taken place; register your interest and we will confirm the next date and the venue on WhatsApp.
How many seats are available?
The in-person session is strictly capped at 15 seats, so everyone has desk space, power and hands-on practitioner coaching.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds can only be facilitated up to 48 hours before class starts, so that registered seats can be reassigned.

How do I pay?
Through Paystack, by M-Pesa, card or bank transfer. The fee is KES 6,499 per participant, and a confirmation is emailed straight after payment.
Do you offer corporate invoicing?

Can I send more than one person from my company?
Yes. Each person reserves a seat at KES 6,499. Or we can deliver a private half-day class for up to 20 team members at your own office for KES 55,000 flat. For boards of directors, we also provide 3 to 4 day executive governance retreats on AI readiness at your location of choice (email hello@ruubadigital.com for a quote).
