The current class, which started on Thursday 15 October, is ongoing. The 24 November date follows our current schedule; we confirm session days when you reserve.

The programme is designed so that you can at least walk away with a real, working solution for your ministry.
Payment is by M-Pesa, card or bank transfer through Paystack, with a confirmation emailed afterwards.

Class cap, attendance and refunds
Class cap: 15 per class
Every class is strictly capped at 15 participants. We keep classes small so you get personal attention, live review of your own workflows and direct guidance from Victor.
Refunds: until 48 hours before the first class
Once the cohort begins, seats cannot be refunded, because places are capped at 15 and held for enrolled participants.
If you miss a class
You receive the recording and can book a 15 to 30 minute catch-up with Victor. Recordings are shared only with enrolled participants.

When does it start?
The current masterclass started on Thursday 15 October 2026 and runs for six weeks. The next cohort is scheduled to start on 24 November 2026.
Is it online?
Yes. The sessions are live online working sessions.
How many people are in each class?
Each class is strictly capped at 15 participants, to keep it close and interactive with personalised guidance.
What is the refund policy?
Refunds can only be facilitated up to 48 hours before class starts. With a strict 15-seat cap, late cancellations prevent other leaders from attending.
What happens if I miss a class?
You will get a recorded session and an opportunity for a 15 to 30 minute consultation with Victor each week.
Is it appropriate to use AI in ministry?
The masterclass treats responsible and ethical AI use as a core topic. AI supports the work. It does not replace pastoral leadership, wisdom or relationships.
How do I pay?
Through Paystack, by M-Pesa, card or bank transfer. Tuition is KES 14,999 per participant, and a confirmation is emailed straight after payment.
Can my leadership team join?
Yes. Each person can join at KES 14,999, or we can run a private half-day class for up to 20 leaders at your own church or office for KES 55,000 flat. For board and trustee governance, we also conduct 3 to 4 day retreats on AI readiness at your location of choice (email hello@ruubadigital.com for a quote).
